Simply Lavender

One of the world's most recognizable herbs, lavender is a member of the mint family.  It's widely used in teas and tisanes, and it's notable in aromatherapy and herbalist circles as having the ability to soothe anxiety, stress and insomnia.  Our lavender variety is lavandula angustifolia and grown in the Provence region of France. 

To use our lavender as a soothing infusion, heat your water to 212°F and steep 1 teaspoon of blossoms for 3-5 minutes.  Check its strength at 3 minutes to see if it's to your liking.  A touch of honey will make your cup sing!
