Simply Agrimony

Agrimony is a little-known herb, but has been used in homeopathy for generations.  While medical circles have yet to test its efficacy, grannies in both Europe and Appalachia will tell you it has a number of beneficial uses.  Being astringent, it has been used to help with irritable bowel syndrome and used as a gargle for sore throats.

Steeping Instructions:  1 large teaspoon per 8-ounces of water 3-5 minutes 190-209F (87-95C)
