Lapsang Souchong Black Tea

Lapsang Souchong is also known as "Smoke Tea".  Coming from the Fujian province of China, this tea is processed over wood fires (pine or cypress) giving it a robust, rich smoky flavor.  It produces a medium bodied cup, reddish amber color.

Steep Time:  3-5 minutes 109-209F (87-98C)
