Elizabeth Bennet Fruit and Spice Blend

Pride and Prejudice's Elizabeth Bennet has been a favorite since Jane Austen's novel was released in 1813.  Readers have loved Elizabeth for her sparkling wit and vivacious personality.  To honor Miss Bennet and her "lesson in manners," we've taken a base of calendula petals and added cinnamon (both chips and powder) and dried apricot pieces.  This beautiful combination is both beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients:  Calendula Petals, Cinnamon, Dried Apricot pieces

Steeping Instructions: (Hot ) Steep at 212° for 5-10 minutes 1 generous teaspoon per 8 ounces of water; (Cold)  Steep 1 generous teaspoon per 8-ounces and allow to infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
