Our Decaffeinated Ceylon Tea is Broken Orange Pekoe (BOP), the main broken leaf grade, which is prevalent in Sri Lanka, produces consistent flavor, and balances taste and potency. With a natural hint of citrus, Ceylon Tea is a superb every day tea.  Our decaffeination process is based on CO2 extraction as opposed to chemical.
