We can ship to any address in the United States, including APO and AE addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international addresses. Our dedicated shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday; however, we do our best to ship within 48 hours.
As we do ship food items, we are unable to accept returns unless they are a result of damage during shipment. If your items do arrive damaged, please photograph the product, and email a minimum of 3 photos, a description, and product information to us at email@example.com. We will do our best to replace your items in a timely manner. Although we can’t control how shipping companies handle our products after the product leaves the store, we will do our best to get your products to you safe and sound.
Sometimes items sell out before our point-of-sale in our shop and our website can compare notes on inventory. This makes us pretty sad, so we'd like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. We are able to back order if a product is due back in stock within 2 weeks..
