We can ship to any address in the United States, including APO and AE addresses. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international addresses.

 

Returns Policy

 

As we do ship food items, we are unable to accept returns unless they are a result of damage during shipment. If your items do arrive damaged, please photograph the product, and email a minimum of 3 photos, a description, and product information to us at serendipitysalado@gmail.com.  We will do our best to replace your items in a timely manner. Although we can’t control how shipping companies handle our products after the product leaves the store, we will do our best to get your products to you safe and sound.

 

Out of Stock Items:

 

Sometimes items sell out before we have an opportunity to update our website.  This makes us pretty sad, so we'd like to apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.  We are not able to back order.
