Balsamic Garlic and Herb Jam

Our new favorite thing!  Balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic and herbs come together to form the perfect gourmet jam. It's delicious spread over Brie, then heated until brie is warm inside. It's equally incredible as a glaze for pork or chicken. Or...better yet...spoon some over a goat cheese log, warm in oven and serve with crostini. Yum!
